A merit-based scholarship supporting outstanding students who wish to pursue higher education in China, particularly at partner universities in Sichuan Province.

False documents may result in disqualification. The scholarship does not automatically cover travel expenses. Final decisions are made by the scholarship committee.

Renewal & annual review
Renewal is assessed at the end of each academic year. Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0. Students must maintain satisfactory attendance and academic progress. Disciplinary violations may affect renewal eligibility. Renewal is subject to funding availability and committee approval.
